This sunny tall house is in a peaceful private and pedestrian street. This is a unique location in O Porto City center to accommodate easily 6 persons or maximum 8, with all the amenities.
This 1930 House in stone, has been entirely renovated and is very pleasant in the summer time: with natural cooling because of the tiles floor and thick walls.
The location is very calm,very safe, behind our gate that hides our private pedestrian street only for the residents.
Very sunny and green, to feel like you are in a village. Yes, forget that you are in behind the main Avenue leading to the football stadium. You can't hear any traffic from the house.

The house has 2 floors:
the ground floor with entrance patio where you can enjoy your drinks, cigarette or meals.
Enter directly to the fully equipped kitchen and find one complete bathroom won your right hand. Next, find the cosy living room with 2 real beds made as extra large corner sofa. 2 people can sleep here comfortably. The flat screen Tv receives Astra and Hotbird satellite channels. Counting BBC world, CNN, Euronews and other English speaking. Also several French, Spanish, German and other 600 International channels are available.
Next door to the living room find the second modern bathroom. And under the stairs, you have your laundry corner with washing machine. Hang your cloths on the strings by the upper windows.
The first floor has a extra large sleeping room suitable for a family with a pull out sofa bed and a large queen bed. The other bedroom has a smaller double bed and faces the backyard gardens and patios.
Each room is sunny and bright. Even the bathrooms have day light. Both sides of the house (East and West) are facing the interior gardens.
Note: because our street is only for pedestrian, you must park your car in the Avenue (free of charge). Or use our garage at 1km (10€ a day or 40€ per week).

We are at the beginning of Avenida Fernao Magalhaes, near Campo 24 de Agosto
with direct metro to the airport and buses to all directions. This area has large hotels, a park and a pretty public garden. Find also many restaurants with the best prices in town and also sunny terraces for a breakfast or high thee.

NOTE ON THE BEDS:
TOTAL 2 BEDROOMS AND 1 LIVING ROOM ADAPTED AS SLEEPING ROOM.
Large green room has one Queen bed 140cm by 200cm and one sofa bed 140 cm by 190 cm.
Small colonial room has a double bed 130 cm by 190 cm.
Living room has 2 real single beds 80 cm by 200 cm with plenty of cushions around it.
NOTE ON THE BATHROOMS:
The white bathroom with access door from the kitchen has a wash basin, a toilet and a shower in the bathtub.
The green bathroom has a sink, a stand in shower with glass doors, and a toilet.
2 towels per guest are provided.
