The farmhouse is a beautiful country farmhouse, kissed by the sun from sunrise to sunset, recently renovated with ecological materials such as stone and wood, masterfully hand. E 'located at 400 meters above sea level, bordering the National Park of Monti Sibillini, near the charming village of Colmurano, wrapped by a total silence.
Outside, located in a secluded and spacious garden behind the house, there is a pool of 8.30 x 3.77, surrounded by a large park with fruit trees and olive trees. The elevated position of the house allows a stunning view of the surrounding hills of the Monti Sibillini, and even of the Adriatic Sea.
The interior of the house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 rooms with double beds and 3 baths. In each double room can add a bed for each room, so the house can accommodate up to 13 people. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with traditional fireplace that overlooks a large dining room and bright, a very large garage for games, and a large porch where you can eat al fresco. The walls of the house are 50 cm thick and keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter.

Colmurano located inland Marche region, on top of one of the many green hills, from where there is still an agricultural landscape, typical of this area, with cultivated fields and houses a little 'sparse.
