Few houses in Corfu can boast being so close to the sea. Villa Elli, located right on the beach, in the area of Almiros, one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of Corfu, enjoys the most magnificent and spectacular view of the open sea and the Albanian mountains. Consisting of two separate blocks, with 4 two-bedroom apartments in the front building and 3 studios in the back, all renovated in 2010, it is a superb retreat for anyone who is looking for peace and relaxation right on the beach front and for those who truly want to enjoy an unspoilt Corfu that really does still exist.

The front block consists of 4 two bedroom apartments (shown above), full of character and furnished with taste and elegance. The recent renovation includes satellite TV's (access to German, English, French, Italian and Russian channels), new furniture, colourful curtains that match beautifully with the sunset view and paintings all made by the owner of the house who is also a very good artist. An additional useful feature is that all the windows have mosquito screens. The open plan kitchen offers an electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The bathroom is simple but spotlessly clean. It offers a hair-dryer.
Villa Elli has a beautiful garden with grass, trees and flowers and plenty of space for children to play safely. It also offers a barbeque place and kiosk where you can enjoy magic sea-site picnics.

ACCOMMODATION- apartments (each for 4-5 persons) :

Each apartment of 52 sq.m consists of two separate bedrooms both with sea view , air condition, Cable TV and radio set, fully equipped kitchen (including also dishwasher) + dining room, shower/WC + hairdryer,insect screens, Wi-Fi internet, balcony/ terrace with direct sea view and sunset view.

Exterior facilities : Washing machine,Parking space, barbecue, sunbeds , external showers. Villa Elli offers also free sunbeds for the beach, baby cot and baby chair.

ACCOMMODATION-STUDIOS ( each for 2-3 persons)

The back building consists of 3 studios with a separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Like the apartments, they were decorated with individual care and various paintings feature on the walls. The bedroom has a satellite TV and the kitchen offers an electric oven, a fridge/freezer and kitchen utensils - including a filter coffee machine, and a kettle. There is a small balcony where you can enjoy your coffee or meals. The bathroom offers a hairdryer.
