A lovely home, close to wide gulf beaches to the west and smaller, Caribbean style beaches to the south, this is a popular home for guests who want to relax by the pool, enjoy the calming views over the Rotonda River, or watch the sunsets. This home is equipped to a high standard and guests will find everything they could want in the well stocked kitchen. Good quality bedlinen is on all the beds with plenty of house and beach towels available. This home lends itself to long term renters who won't need to bring their own kitchens with them when they move south to enjoy our warmer winters. The master suite is large and has direct access to the lanai, as does the 2nd master suite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, plenty of room for visitors or a family holiday.
GREAT GOLF Keleece offers a golf program to guests. In high season, the cost is $50.00 per person, per week (max 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 14. You can play unlimited golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses (93 holes from January 2008) and all you would pay for would be the golf cart fee. Additional guests can play at member guest rates. There is a single $50.00 admin fee. In low season - even better - the player fee is waived. There is just a $40.00 admin fee and the golf cart hire to pay for. GREAT FISHING This is an excellent area for fishing, whether you want to enjoy sport fishing for Tarpon, backwater fishing for Redfish and Trout, or fishing for grouper and ladyfish, the water here offers great variety for the novice and the skilled fisherman. We can arrange boat trips and fishing trips. For smaller groups, Capt Lombard who is currently 22nd in the world championship listings for the Redfish cup takes groups of up to 3 out fishing for half and whole days. For larger groups, Capt Coleman can accommodate them and both Captains are top quality. Please ask us for details.
