The villa is completely equipped with comfortable furniture, beds, linens and towels. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a full compliment of dishes and flatware, pots and pans. In short, everything you need to cook up a storm.

Sunbanks Lake Resort is a beautiful lake resort destination in Eastern Washington. Located on the scenic Banks Lake near Grand Coulee, Sunbanks has 27 miles of natural scenic beauty which makes it a great place to go camping or fishing. Have some fun in the sun with friends and family!

House rules:
No smoking, no parties, and no excessive noise. Limit to 2 dogs, no more than 40 pounds. Cats and other pets not allowed except service animals.Rates are for normal number of occupants, with charges for extra guests.

Additional fees for cleaning, extra costs for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests and vehicles.

After you accept the booking, you will be contacted by phone for your physical mailing address, email, and a form of ID. Because this is a private home, you will be required to sign a confirmation lease prior to occupancy.

Once signed, about two weeks prior to arrival you will receive detailed directions and instructions by email along with a code to open the door at the schedule

Cancellation Policy:
Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees.
