Adria1 - Description of the Property

Dear Sirs,

thank You for Your interest. Here is a short description of our house:
It is in the very center, 100 meters from the beach and 100 meters from a nice little harbour. There is a possibility of harbouring Your boats there too.

Only a couple of meters away there are shops, restaurants and cafés.
There are three floors in our house and it is meant for 13 persons maximum:

In the basement there is a category " Theree stars " . appartment for 3-4 persons. There are two bedrooms, a living-room, a dining-room, a kitchen and a shower-bathroom. Both bedrooms have a view to the sea. The appartment is air-conditioned, with TV and a terrace.

> On the second floor there are three rooms.No. 2+3 Categoy " Theree stars "
> Aappartments No 4 - 3 persons. Category " Theree stars " .
> As well as one room No. 1 Categoy " Two stars ".

All three Rooms 2 - 3 Category " Theree stars " . are with a kitchen, a bath-room, air-conditioning, TV and wonderful summer-terraces with a view to the sea.

The appartments No. 4 are for 2-3 persons. Category " Theree stars " .
There are bedrooms , kitchen and a shower-bathroom.Terraces with a view to the sea .
The appartment is air-conditioned and TV.

The room No 1 Categoy " Two stars " is with a double bed and kitchen a separate bath-room. There is also a possiblity of preparing meals.
We live on the third floor where there is also a private parking lot.

> The parking lot service is free provided that there is enought space.
> For the air-conditioning there will be a special charging per day.
> The prices are found on our price-list.

Should You be interested in spending Your holidays in our house, do not hesitate to let us know the exact date of Your arrival and Your departure so that we might be able to reserve Your accomodation. In this case a ??,00 € refund fee will be required in advance. Naturally, the sooner this fee is paid (approx. 2-3 days) the more secure Your reservation will be. We will accept fax copies of the receipts as well as those sent through e-mail.
