Beach Loft
This cozy studio apartment is the loft above my art studio in our newly built barn. It has all wood interior with a small Balcony overlooking Lincolnville Beach. It has a charming lay out with a cathedral ceiling in the sitting area. The Loft sleeps 3 but is perfection for two. There is a Queen size bed and a built in single bed. There is a good size bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. We are within walking distance to a sandy beach, the ferry to Islesboro, four restaurants, and a small grocery store. We are 6 miles from Camden with all of its attractions. The Studio is fully winterized so the Loft is available for weekly rental off season. Experience the flowers in Spring, the foliage during the Fall, and in the Winter ski 10 minutes away, at the Camden Snow Bowl, a great little mountain that overlooks Penobscot Bay and the Islands.
