The beautiful single-family house is located just about 50 m from the beach. On the ground floor is the wide living and dining room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. A garden with furnished, shaded terrace and outdoor shower. Three bedrooms with double and single beds exist on the upper floor, bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A terrace and parking lot at the house. A tennis court and a supermarket in a distance of about 100m.

Extra costs and further information:
Price is valid for bookings of 2 weeks. Shorter stays on request. Handling fee 25 €. Linen and towels may be hired ( circa 25 € per person/week). Firewood on request against charge. Arrivals / departures = Saturday Deposit = 150 € (will be refunded after the property ist left in order)
