This beautiful row house domicile is in more hill slope and is about 900 m far away from the sandy beach. From its furnished terraces one has a fantastic view over the entire gulf. This friendly and well furnished row house is an ideal holiday- accommodation for friends as well as for families with children. It has a living room with kitchenette and double bed couch. A bedroom with double bed and own bath as well as a further bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine. Garden with external shower and BBQ. Car parking area at the house.

Note: Pets are not allowed. Minimum rental 2 weeks in august.

Extra costs and further information:
Price is valid for bookings of 2 weeks. Shorter stays on request. Handling fee 25 €. Linen and towels may be hired on request ( 10 - 15 € per person/week). Arrivals / departures = Saturday Deposit = 200 € (will be refunded after the property ist left in order) Discounts for arrivals until 19.5. and from 1.9. 14 = 10 from 2.6. until 9.6. 14 = 11 for the 26.5., the 16.6.and the 25.8. 14 = 13
