CAPTIVA CUTIE ~ is a 3 bedroom, two bath luxury cottage with a new
screened private swimming pool and spa. The lush tropical landscaping
offers a private setting for this cottage that has been referred to as
"cute as a button." It is located on Laika Lane, Captiva Island, a very short walk from Captiva's classic village - and a short stroll to Captiva's white sandy beach. It is a fully detached private home with 2 queen size beds, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa. We remodeled and decorated the cottage last Fall. We kept the charm of this special villa with our updates. (sleeps 2-8)

CAPTIVA FANTASY or 2315 SUNSET BEACH VILLA ~ at SOUTH SEAS PLANTATION is a luxury Gulf
Front two bedroom (king master, and 2 twins in the guest bedroom) condo
with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. It has a wonderful view
of the Gulf of Mexico ~ amazing sunsets! - and INSTANT beach access.
(Sleeps 2-6.) It is also close to Captiva's classic village. Tennis
courts are also available.

1 bedroom or larger condos may also be available.

28 SUNSET CAPTIVA~ is a luxury private home with 2 Bedrooms plus
large sleeping loft (sleeps 6 comfortably with a king in the master and
2 twins each in the guest bedroom and loft) and 2 Baths in an exclusive
community in Captiva's classic village. It is less than a 2 minute walk
to the beach, and under 5 minutes to the village. Tennis courts are
available in the community.
