Completely renovated in 2005, this elegant apartment is located on a small pedestrian street, only a stone’s throw from Plaza Catalunya in the heart of Barcelona’s old town.

The air conditioned apartment is tastefully furnished with original items straight from Columbia and has whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and tiled floors throughout.

The open living/dining area has a comfortable sofa, dining table seating four, audiovisual equipment and entrée to the balcony with seats for two guests.


bed- and bathroom details:

The separate bedroom features a double bed, bedside lamps, and a fitted wardrobe. The sofa in the living can be converted into a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a full-length bath, wc and basin. Bed linen, extra covers and bath towels are provided.

kitchen details:

The attractive open kitchen provides the visitor with everything needed for their stay, including, refrigerator with freezer, microwave/oven, blender, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dryer.

The nice small balcony is at the back of the apartment and has seats for two guests. The apartment has air-conditioning.

Only a two-minutes walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya, this apartment is situated in the heart of Barcelona’s old town with its countless bars, boutiques and restaurants literally around the corner.

The flat is also within walking distance from the vibrant Born neighbourhood and a fifteen-minute stroll to the city’s beach. Metro and bus stations are close by and taxis are widely available.
