Dear visitors, Welcome to the Ribarica and private house of family Christensen.
We are offering 8 +2 bedded apartament - A (120 m2) at Ribarica, a small village (4 km) to Karlobag.
Comfortable apartament on the first floor with, kitchen and big dining room, a huge 2 sleeping rooms with 3 beds, bathroom in each room, and 1 double room with bathroom. Big terrace with seaview, SAT-TV, grill facility and parking place.
Near the house is big restaurant and supermarked.
The price includes rent of fully equipped apartament, electricity, water and final cleaning.
Resort tax is not included, and cost Euro 1,00 per adult/dag, children from 12-17 pay 50%, children up to 12 do not pay resort tax.
The rent is free of any additional charge on the spot. Half (30%) on rent is paid 8 days after confirmation, and the rest upon arrival.
