The attractive, very bright apartment has central accessible 1.5 rooms, the bath is separate from the lavatory. It is located on the 6. floor, reachable with an elevator. The comfortable, south sided terrace with view over parks , far view over the city as well as the mountains on the horizon, invite you to enjoy your stay, feel free to relax. Take pleasure every evening from the fantastic sundown, which you can see from the terrasse with free view to the west side of town.
The house has 2 fronts, one front lies road-sided and one is gardensided with a wonderful green view. Since the apartment lies on the garden-sided front, absolute quietness is guaranteed. The house is located on the Prince Eugen Road in a noble embassy area. Vis A vis lies the famous park of the Palais Schwarzenberg. The world-famous museum and castle of Prince Eugen, the castle of "Belvedere" with its marvelous botanical garden is quite near, about 3 walking minutes away. The tram stop is reachable within 1 minute by walk from the appartement; from there after 3 stations you reach the famous opera house and then you can walk on the world-wide most beautiful pedestrian precinct till you arrive at the St. Stephans Cathedral, the heart of Vienna. You reach the famous city centre of Vienna also by walk in about 10 minutes from the appartment.

Transportation service: If you travel with the airplane, we organize the transfer to the appartement and back to the airport.
