Description of the Property - Vacation Home Savudrija

This little house is located in a peaceful spot near the sea right next to the village of Savudrija; it is in the area which has small villas and private summer houses each surrounded by beautiful gardens; only 150 m from the house are some pebble beaches. Savudrija is the most northern town of the Istrian peninsula, right on the Slovenian border and near the well known resort of Portorose. To the other side of the village and only 6 km distant from the house is the town of Umag, known for its summer Tennis tournaments; there you have a variety of entertainments and various summer beach activities. You will also find a Wellness centre, plus plenty of shops and restaurants.
House is surrounded by a beautiful and well kept garden bordered by tall shrubs for extra privacy. The terraces around the house are bordered with flowers, and at the entrance to the house in a pergola providing shade for the parking space. Behind this is the entrance to the garage, from which one enters into the open-plan living area. This has a kitchen equipped with fridge and cooker a sitting area with two armchairs, a sofa and a TV plus dinning table. From here a sliding door opens to the terrace that streches around two sides of the property; at one end is a old istrian stone table and next to it a built in barbecue. At the other end of the terrace is a outdoor shower. Besides the living room are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom/WC with a washing machine
