The house is situated south of Pedersker. It is a fisherman house, sized 110 m2 and built around 1940, but fully restored. The house is built on 1250 m2 property.

The house has in ground floor a small room with 2 beds, a bathing room, kitchen with dining seats for 6-8 persons and a living room with a beautiful view over the garden and the sea. On 1.st floor a TV room with 2 beds and a sleeping room with a double bed. The house has in total 6 beds.

The house has a dishwasher, fridge, Radio and colour TV in both ground and on 1.st floor. Electric heating.

The house is situated directly at the beach and the sea. There is a beautiful view over the sea from both the house and the garden.

In Østre Sømarken you will find Minigolf, bike rent, herring smoking with a little restaurant, beaches suitable for children, a little fisher harbour and beautiful surroundings with some woods, an old water mill and only 10 minutes to the nearest golf course.

You can eat in the nearby little restaurant or in Snogebæk situated 10-15 minutes from Øster Sømarken.
