The house is located in a very quite, fascinating and charming coutry environment with the Bolsena Lake at only 10 min driving. Beautiful view over Montefiascone, Viterbo, Tuscania, up to the sea side.
It is furnished in a warm and charming style. There are two independent entrances to the apartment. The living room is large and cosy with a dining area with seating for eight. There are many windows and doors which bring a lot of light into the apartment. The kitchen is fully fitted with every necessary amenity. One of the bathrooms has a Jacuzzi bath tub.
The owners live on semi-detached house nearby.
Cleaning if requested: 7 euro/hour. Expenses (phone, power, water, gas) not included. Seasonal renting available on request. Special last minute offers available one week before booking (on request). Languages for booking: italian, english, portugues, spanish, french. Free natural hot pools available at 5 km. Period 1: July, August, Easter, Christmas, New Year Period 2: June, September Period 3: March, April, May, October Period 4: Other periods If the house is rented by 5 people or less, the rates are 30% lower. At the garage level an indipendent and fully equipped 4-people apartment is also available for renting, together with the big house or as a single unit. The rate for such apartment is 50% less.
The property is situated just five minutes from the local shops and all services - banks, post office, chemist, and supermarkets. The lake with its beaches is also only five minutes away and there are many bars and restaurants along the tree-lined promenade overlooking the water.
The coast with its many beaches is 50 kms away.
A coach service and trains take you right into the centre of Rome from Viterbo in 100 min. There is also a very good fast road to drive into Rome through the highway from Orte (total time 90 min).
