Berlin-Mitte - do you need a more precise description of a position? You are situated in the middle of our capital city and are able to reach many important places of interest onfoot.
The Berlin Public Transport is a densily wowen net at this point. Close to the apartment you'll find 2 U-Bahn stations.
Not far away there is a Lidl Supermarket and the Axel-Springer-Passage, a new built shopping center with some good restaurants, shops and a health care center close to the big publishing house Axel Springer.
Condominium and Neighbourhood
Your apartment is situated in a new building (2001) with a special architectural ambiance. The pleasurable cladding with big windows, a king size entrance with a stylish staircase welcome you to your temporarily home in Berlin-City.
At daytime the small street is enliven by many people from the close-by offices and tourist from all over the world. Noble shops in
the vicinity show the visitors: Here is Berlin-Mitte, the better area of our capital. Parallel to Charlottenstreet runs Friedrichstrasse with all the dazzling array of shops and department stores (f.e. famous Lafayette) in the lap of luxury...
At nighttime this central living area is calm, quite and safe and brings a silent sleep after an arduous action day.
Description of the Apartments
All our apartments have 2 separate rooms and offer beds for 4 Person - a comfortable cot for a 5th person is available. We also serve a travel crib.
The flats are comfortable big and the rooms are arranged very functionally. The whole living and sleeping area is covered with a dark wood stained parquet flooring.
The house has a large elevator, with one exception, allapartments have a large balcony, even one (1st floor) has a terrace to enjoy the summer evenings outside.

completely equipped with everything needed for selfcatering. The modern kitchen provides an electric kitchen stove with oven, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, microwave, coffee mashine, toaster, cookware, dishes, cutlery etc.

Bright and new tiled comfortable ca. 6,5 sqm big bathroom. Broad granitic washing stand (vanity) with a big, big mirror and large tub with glassy shower separator and designer toilet. Great - good for a bath celebration ;-)
Livingroom with sleeping facilities
Comfortable daybed (145x200cm), two chairs, 55cm Cable-TV, wardrobe, dining corner for 4-5 persons, sideboard
