It is a confortable flat of 55 s.m. completely renovated in 2007, located in one of the best quarters of Palermo, 6-7 minutes from the bus stop from/to the airport, 100 metres from the bus stop to the city center ( 6-7 minutes ) and to Mondello beach (15 minutes ),It is composed by a large bedroom with window, with a double bed ( or two single beds, as you like), possibility of another bed, by a kitchen-sitting room with balcony where there is a dining table for 4 people, a sofa-bed for 2 persons ( m. 1,60),TV, radio and by a bathroom with shower. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a building with 2 lifts and concierge.
The owner is a tourist guide ( you can find her name in the lofficial list of Sicily's tourist board . She will possibly give you some information and organize you excursions ( extra price). In the same corridor, next door, she also owns another apartment for 2 persons
To visit Palermo you do not need a car because the apartment is well connected by public transport. Anyway, if you want to come with your own car, right in the street behind there is a garage where you can leave it 24 hours at a price of 8-9 euros per day , or 40-45. per week. The same garage rents cars even for 1 or two days and the price is around 48-50 euros per day or 220-250 per week.
