Charming, private semidetached villa with private swimming pool and sea view, located on a hill facing the sea. The gate entrance is shared with the other part of the villa, remaining totally independent . The access to the swimming pool area is through stairs built in stones. The villa is built in two levels . In the first level from the panoramic veranda overlooking the sea, the bay of Torre delle Stelle and the swimming pool you enter the living area. In the same level there is a separate kitchen and one bedroom suitable for baby sitter or for eventual house maid with a vasistas window. A shower bathroom.
From the living area there is a wood stairway leading to the second floor . In the second floor there are one double bedroom with bathroom en-suite( sitting bath tube) with a panoramic terrace facing the pool and the sea; two twin bedrooms (joinable) and another double bedroom with view on the sea.
