La Chimera
The village of Villasimius is in the south ? east of Sardinia Island, it is a wonderful place, that last year, won the second prize as touristic resort of Italy. In the surroundings there are dozens of wonderful beaches; a touristic port, with possibility to organize excursions to some little islands nearby; a wide selection of restaurants (some of which in a significant panoramic position); discos and markets.

Since three years ago, the whole area is a marine park, where it is possible to admire a very limpid sea, magnificent sea grounds with a wide quantity of sea animals, among them a colony of tropical fishes from the Red Sea that is unique in the Mediterranean.

The residence is located in the gulf of Villasimius, 300 m. from the wonderful beach of Campulongu, in a area full of trees and with panoramic views, approximately 2 km. from the village, in a peaceful and silent zone, well connected to the main streets, services and beaches.

Common services of the residence are swimming pool, common room, laundry, children playground area.

The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. Each apartment has a private garden; a veranda or a terrace, with possibility of dining outdoor; a double room (a second double room is only in the three-room flats); a living-room with a sofa?double bed and another sofa-single bed, an open kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and a complete endowment (included cooking pots, frying pans, cutlery, iron, hair-dryer, satellite television); bathroom with shower.

The two-room apartments are for 5 people, the three-room flats for 7 people. Pet accepted only if little.

We rent our apartments only weekly from saturday to saturday.

for the 2-room apartments:
from 30/3 to 26/5: 250 Euros
from 26/5 to 23/6: 400 Euros
from 23/6 to 7/7: 700 Euros
from 7/7 to 28/7: 800 Euros
from 28/7 to 1/9: 1050 Euros
from 1/9 to 15/9: 500 Euros
from 15/9 to 6/10: 350 Euros
from 6/10 to 3/11: 250 Euros

for the 3-room apartments:
from 30/3 to 26/5: 300 Euros
from 26/5 to 23/6: 450 Euros
from 23/6 to 7/7: 800 Euros
from 7/7 to 28/7: 900 Euros
from 28/7 to 1/9: 1200 Euros
from 1/9 to 15/9: 550 Euros
from 15/9 to 6/10: 400 Euros
from 6/10 to 3/11: 300 Euros




The price is in Euros for week.
The final cleaning costs 50 Euros.
Electricity, gas and water: 20 euros for person for week.
Bed sheets and towels included (weekly change).
Deposit 100 Euros (it will be restituted if there are no damages).
Air conditioning/heating is an optional with extra-charge of 70 Euros for week.

To confirm the reservation, I ask you to send the 20% of the price of the rent, as a deposit, and to transmit the voucher of the deposit.
