Vacation apartments are located in beautiful, peaceful Djenovici, which is located in the area around the Boka Kotorska along the coast of Montenegro by cities Igalo and Herceq Novi.

The apartments are of high standard and are 2-4 years old. We have listings in several categories and price ranges.

The apartments are suitable for singles or couples, and is excellent for families with children for 3-8 people. They are located in child friendly environments, with a short distance to beach, shops and restaurants.

It developed a common pool (including children's pool), and a cozy bar at the apartment complex.

Djenovici is a quiet village, 7km west of Herceg Novice. There is a beach promenade through the village with småstrender, beach bars and restaurants. Along promonaden are diverse rental of pedal boats, wind surfing etc and it is recommended especially to rent a bike.

Montenegro has averaged about 240 sunny days a year and is therefore considered on a very sunny country, where temperatures are between 20 and 40 degrees during the season (from April and October). Out of season (f.o.m November t.o.m March)
it varies from 5 and up to 20 degrees.

Bath temperature in the season will be between 18 and 28 degrees. Herceg Novi and the settlements around has one of the highest average temperatures in the entire Adriatic Sea.

Djenovici is centrally located approximately 17km from Tivat airport in Montenegro, and about 35km from the airport Duvbrovnik in Croatia.

It is recommended to take day trips to Herceg Novi (7km), Igalo (10km), Kotor (22km), Budva / Jaz (33km), Sveti Stefan (43km), Bar (65), Duvbrovnik (60km).
