Located close to the farming village of Santana, famous for its unique and brightly coloured thatched cottages, the private comlex provides the ideal location for nature lovers to marvel and appreciate the magnificent scenery of this dramatic area and for walkers, the opportunities to explore the coastline and the mountainous interior are endless. The beach "Praia de S. Jorge" (with coarse pebbles) is approximately 6 km off and reachable by car in 10-20 minutes. Golf course Santo da Serra is 25 km and the capital city Funchal is 45 km distant. Within 1 km from property one finds bank, chemistry, post office, restaurants and supermarket.

There are in total two one bedroom apartments (35 m²), consisting of 1 bedroom, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. All the units are attractively furnished, all have satellite/cable TV, air-conditioning, kitchenette with fridge and hob, telephone and small veranda overlooking a private garden.
