Property set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the residential suburb of Boa Nova in Funchal city, minutes’ drive from and to the centre and right next to the Botanical Gardens, with fine commerce of the best desirable local horticulture, fruit and fishmongers, a movie house, and pubs within comfortable walking distances. The house is a solid construction of a modern and relaxing design in three floors. It is in an elevated position yet the gardens are mainly level and well kept stocked with some of the finest specimens of local flowers with their vibrant colours. The view from the house and gardens is spectacular in the day and at night over the valley to the Port, perfect for New Year's Eve firework displays.

The villa is well equipped with commodities and furniture providing the sort of comfort you would expect in your own house. On the ground floor there is a garage, a laundry and a stock room accessed from the front gate and from the above floors. On the first floor you can find a living and dining rooms together in one large piece and next to it a large fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a very suitable toilet and shower room. On the top floor 3 excellent rooms, (one of them with ensuite bathroom), 1 more bathroom, a large terrace facing the bay and a lounge where there are 2 futons for extra guests (preferably children). In total there are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 of them complete with bathtub.
Outside, guests enjoy a nice garden, terrace, BBQ and private parking place.
