Beautiful villa in exclusive location, in the preserved Natural Park Sintra-Cascais between Janas and Fontanelas, 3 km from the beach at Praia das Maçãs and 3.5 km from the beach at Praia Grande. Sintra town is about 7 km and Lisbon is 35 km distant. Within a radius of 30 minutes drive there is a wide choice of the best golf clubs in the Estoril-Cascais-Sintra region (nearest golf club at 8 km), a riding centre is only 2 km away. Minimarket, café and restaurant can be found 800 m from the property, larger choice of restaurants in a radius of 8 km.
Surrounded by a private garden of 1500 m2 with many secluded areas and with a living area of 300 m2, large natural boulders have been used in the construction of the two storey house.
