The 55 pretty bungalows established in the Sardinian style of these Residences, lie on a small hill, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Only about 250 m away, a beautiful fine-grained sandy beach extends along a calm bay. Here you find buoys for sail and motor-boats; Beach service (beach chairs and sun-cover in the price included). In addition to it, a bar and a restaurant also belong to the residence.(Half-board possible), two childrens playgrounds, bicycle rental service and to each housing unit a car parking lot exists. Mini market is in a distance of about 500 m. Tennis court in the environment. Porto Coda Cavallo is about 1 km away, and San Teodoro or Porto San Paolo about 8 km respectively. The apartments are beautifully furnished with bamboo furnitures. They all have furnished terrace and garden. Bilocale Living/bedroom with two sleeping couches and dinette. Small kitchen. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
