These roomy and attracting apartments are, due to the interesting location, only few kilometers from the Costa Smeralda, an ideal vacation destination for all, who are interested in the Sardinian unaffected landscape and at the same time have fun strolling by the pictorial lanes of Porto Cervo. Our apartments are situated on the ground /1. first floor, about 100 to 1,000 m off the sandy beach, and to a large extent have TV and terrace, small garden or balcony. Due to the different building- methods only one description of type is possible.
Bilocale
Living room with double bed couch and integrated kitchenette. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Note: additional bed is possible on request.TV against fee. Minimum renting is two weeks in the peak season. No pets allowed.

Price is valid for bookings of 2 weeks. Shorter stays on request.
Handling fee 25 €.
Arrivals / departures = Saturday
Deposit = 150 € (will be refunded after the property ist left in order)
Additional costs / final cleaning, elecritcity, gas, water = 22 € per person/week
Discount: until 9/06/ and from 08/09/: 14=13
