Our home Rivendell is located in the Calabay Parc subdivision just off Highway 27. Calabay Parc is one of the most desirable developments near Disney in recent years. It was built in the last quarter of 2003. Just nine miles away from the Disney ramp. There is a grocery store, a drug store and five restaurants less than three miles from the home in Champions Gate Golf Resort Village.

The home has been tastefully and refreshingly decorated to suit both families and golfing buddies alike. We are only a 10 minute drive from Walt Disney World and International Drive, which has many attractions. The house is also a 35 minute drive from Orlando International Airport. The home is fully air conditioned throughout. Our home is also located on a Conservation Lot. This means that it does not back up to another home. So you can thoroughly enjoy your time in the beautiful pool and extended pool deck.

Lounge: The lounge has been kept refreshing in the choice of light furnishings. The lounge is the center of the home and leads to the kitchen area, dining room, master suite and pool area. The lounge contains a Queen Sleeper sofa for you to relax on or enjoy the entertainment unit.

Dining Room: The dining room has a table with six chairs to match the coffee table in the lounge.

Kitchen: The kitchen is tastefully decorated with Cherry Oak cabinets. It contains top of the range appliances from the gas cooker to the electric can opener. We decided not to have barstools in the eating area and instead have another dining table with six chairs.

Master Bedroom: You will find that the master bedroom has sliding doors to the pool area so you can have that late night dip when the kids are in bed. The master bedroom has a large Queen bed and a 10 color TV for your convenience. There is also a large walk in closet for you belongings.

Master Bathroom: If you like to take long soaks in the bath we have a whirlpool bath installed in the master bedroom for your pleasure. Alongside the bath you will notice that we have has glass bricks installed for that extra lighting effect. We also have included an extra shower area.

Landing: As you make your way tot the landing you will notice that it is very airy and overlooks the lounge area below.

Bedroom Two: This room has a large Queen bed. This room leads to the shared en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom Three: The room has two Twin beds and large closet space.

Bedroom Four: The room has two Twin beds and large closet space.

Bedroom Five: The room has a Double bed and large closet space.

Pool: The pool area has a large covered lanai and pool deck. There are two sun lounges and a patio table with four chairs. There is a safety gate around the pool to keep your children safe. Also surrounding the pool area is a privacy screen that keeps all of the unwanted bugs out. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view!
