This delightful apartment is on the second floor, has a living area that has a lounge, kitchen and dining areas. There are two airconditioned bedrooms each with a self contained bathroom, with shower, tub and wc. There is a vanity unit in each bedroom.
The apartment has a wonderful balcony that looks over the pool and gardens down to the atlantic ocean, about 150metres away. The caribbean side beaches are about 1km.
The apartment is well equipped with cable TV, Hifi, and all soft furnishings, bed linen, towels, kitchen ware etc. This apartment is our winter home so it is in a good state of repair and well looked after. St Kitts is warm in the summer but is cooled by the constant trade winds. there are several restaurants within walkin distance, and there are ample choice of local taxis, or car hireavailable.

Beach bars are reliable and good value, drinks are cheap there. There are up market places to visit such as the plantation houses or the marriott Hotel down the road. We have gambling at the Casino, You can play golf, go diving, sailing, or just lay by the pool with a good book. Once you come to St Kitts you'll fall in love with island and want to come back. We have a fully staffed office and maitenance staff avilable Monday to friday with emmergency cover for the weekends.
