The apartment is situated on the second floor with a lift. The apartment building is in a residential neighborhood about 25-30 minutes walk from the tourist center. Very conveniently located to public transportation: buses going to the very center of Seville stop directly in front of the apartment. The Seville train station is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment, great for taking day trips. The neighborhood has several large supermarkets, as well as small convenience stores, shops, and bakeries. Tapas bars and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a park with playground for children. Very comfortable home with a selection of children's toys, Dvds, books, travel guides and maps.

There is a patio at the back of the building with some space for children to play outside.
