7-VIEWS SELF-CATERING APARTMENT is only 80 meters from very safe white sandy beaches. You can watch your children playing on the beach and in the rock pools while sitting in the apartment. It must be one of the few apartments in the world where you can sit in the lounge or lie in bed and watch dolphins and WHALES (in season May to November).
The lounge/dining room and main bedroom have large windows that face the sea and offer spectacular views of Table Mountain, Robben Island, Table Bay, African sunsets over the Atlantic ocean as well as Cape Town city lights at night.
Relax by stepping out from the apartment complex and walking for miles along promenade or the unspoiled beach between Blouberg and Melkbosstrand with the ocean and the majestic Table Mountain as a backdrop
The complex is only 5 minutes drive from 2 large shopping malls, many beachfront restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. It is approximately 20 minutes drive from the Waterfront and the centre of Cape Town and is also close to the main freeways making easy access to the Wine routes, the Cape West Coast and other scenic and historic attractions.
Atlantic Golf Estate and Milnerton Golf Club are only 8 and 10 kms away.
