The penthouse "LA PERLA DE MARAKECH 8" is a real oasis, where you can relax and enjoy your holidays.

Choosen colours and fabrics create an uniquie ambience, where you can feel just like at home. The property goes over 2 floors and offers with 170m² built surface plus 60m² terraces a lot of space to enjoy and relax.

The spacious living room with frontal seaviews is the center of the property. Infront of the fireplace you will find 2 large morrocan style sofas with an old coffe table. On the other end of the living room is a small corner with 2 armchairs to relax or read a book. From living room you have direct access to the covered main terrace. On this terrace you will find an outside dining area to suite up to 6 people and a lounge area of 4 rattan armchairs to relax with a grill on the side. From the terrace you overlook the community tropical gardens with the main pool.

Beside the living room is the separate dining room with a large table to seat up to 6 people offering nicely seaviews. From here you have direct access to the large open planed american kitchen with all amenties and separate utility room with washing mashine and tumble dryer.

Beside the living room you will find a guest toilet and the 2 downstairs bedrooms, both spacious, equipped with built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms. The beachside bedroom is bigger and offers frontal seaviews with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double bed and en-suite shower room.

Steps beside the fireplace are leading on to the upper floor where you will find the master bedroom-suite and the roof terrace. The master bedroom is very spacious and offers large window front with direct seaviews and access to the sunny terrace. The master bedroom offers large double bed and large en-suite bathroom with double bassin, WC, bidet, whirlpool bath, separate shower and dressing room.

On the sunny terrace you can enjoy the sun from early morning till late at night. Here you will find 2 sunloungers to relax in the sun.

In this part of the community our guests have the opportunity to choose one from 2 pools in total. The sandy beach of Playa Ancha is just few steps away, in walking distance you will find also 2 beach bars.

Location
As you travel west from the sophisticated resort of Marbella, passing the beautiful fishing port of Estepona in the direction of Sotogrande, the coastline begins to dramatically change. Gone are the tourist hotels and sprawling beachside developments. Instead, natural beaches and unspoilt countryside flank the roadside and the traveller begins to feel the pull of nature and the past.

Below the ancient pueblo of Casares, which is seemingly untroubled by the pressures and demands of modern life, lies La Perla de La Bahía. This new development has been sensitively built in traditional Andalucian and Moorish style and the architectural detail, whilst unique in concept, gives a sense of history and permanence. La Perla de La Bahía is situated between the twin bays of La Galera and Playa Ancha, the latter having been awarded the European Blue Flag for the cleanliness of the water and beach as well as safety. All the apartments have unrivalled views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Straits of Gibraltar and North Africa: a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The La Perla Café and Restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals and snacks. Freshly baked bread and pastries can also be purchased here.


All prices are quoted for selfcatering holidays per week. Additional costs: water and electricity: EUR 105,-/week; final cleaning, hand towels and bed linen EUR 120,- /Refundable damage deposit: EUR 200,- (This is a refundable security deposit, any damages or breakages to the property will be deducted from this deposit after your departure. If there are no damages the deposit will be transferred to the bank account of the client at least at 14 days after his departure.)

In the period 14.07.2012 - 25.08.2012 only 2 week bookings with arrival/ departure on saturday may be accepted!

WINTERSPECIALS: Winter long term rates from 11.01.2012 - 30.03.2012 apply for bookings with a minimum stay of 1 week!

Booking conditions: A deposit of 30% of the invoice will be required to secure your reservation with the balance to be paid by at least 42 days before arrival date.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable:
1. More than 57 days notice given - loss of 50% of reservation payment.
2. between 56 - 43 days notice given - loss of reservation payment.
3. between 42 - 15 days notice given - loss of 70% of total payment
4. 14 days or less notice given - loss of total payment (refundable damage deposit will be refunded).

We strongly advise that clients take advantage of cancellation insurance - we can help you.
