Swan House is a beautiful 17th century grade 2 listed home with tastefully decorated bedrooms, serving delicious breakfasts with a relaxing cottage garden including apple trees and a spacious lawn.

Only 13 miles from the M5 and 23 miles from the M4, Newnham is within striking distance of Gloucester, Cheltenham, The Cotswolds, Bristol & South Wales.

We have selected the finest local produce to bring you a choice of delicious fresh breakfasts.

We have four double and one twin bedroom, each with duvets & sheets, one of which is on the ground floor offering easy access for the less active.

Each of our bedrooms is tastefully decorated and includes an en-suite bathroom, a hospitality tray, TV, radio alarm clock, and for business guests, wifi.

Our guest lounge includes comfortable sofa & chairs, writing desk, local tourist information, and a fine selection of books, magazines & games to play.

For our youngest guests we have cots and high chairs.
