Charming seaside on Ingarö (Värmdö) in one of the most beautiful parts of Stockholm's
archipelago, with exclusive standard, and only 20 minutes from the center of Stockholm (direct
access by car, no need to take ferries from island to island).
The main house, surrounded by a 5.000 sqm garden facing south and with its private
childfriendly beach, is located in a selected neighbourhood.
The main house has been fully renovated during 2007, and the kitchen enjoys the best facilities
(miele washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator).
The bathroom was renovated following the traditional Swedish style, adding a copper sink and
antique bathtub.
The brand new veranda with parasol and heaters is ideal for late dinners enjoying the calm
seaview. You can also relax by the sea in the new sauna (april 2008) by the beach, with its own
open veranda facing south.
Should you be an experienced yachtsman, a Windy 22 feet/280hp can be added to the rental.
If you just enjoy rowing around (and fish), a new 5 m long rowing boat with an electric engine
(solar power charged) is included in the rental.
If you like playing golf, Ingarö golf club is only 3 km away.
