Tartana - Description of the Property

“Tartana” is a beautiful old villa from the beginning of the XX century, located 10m from the sea, and 2km from the old town of Kotor. It’s named after a type of sailing ship that was typical for this part of the Mediterranean in XVIII century. It has big terrace (20m²), yard (23m²), garden (12m²) and pier (12m²). The house has two floors. Accommodation is on the second floor. There are eight rooms, and they are all named after the local names for winds. Four of the rooms have a wonderful sea view. Every room has its own garden furniture (table and four chairs). There are two barbeques in the garden that guests can use. Supplying with water is autonomic.

◦ Tramontana (room no. 4) – WC with shower, double bed, two bedside tables, closet, table, two armchairs, TV, refrigerator and air-conditioner.

◦ Gregal (room no.5) – WC with shower, double bed, closet and air-conditioner.

◦ Levanat (room no. 6) – WC with shower, double bed, closet and air-conditioner.

◦ Šiloko (room no. 7) – WC with shower, double bed, two bunk beds, closet and air-conditioner.

◦ Oštrijao (room no. 8) – WC with shower, double bed, two bunk beds, closet and air-conditioner.

* It is possible to join room no. 2 with room no. 1, and then you get two room apartment.
* It is possible to join room no. 3 with room no. 4, and then you get two room apartment.
