This 4 Bedroom Private Pool Home in the Disney area of Orlando sleeps 8 people comfortably. You won't be disappointed to find your home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, towels, bed sheets, and linens, all for less than you would spend on one hotel room! Whether it is lounging in your own personal pool or preparing a special meal for your family and friends in our spacious kitchen, we feel that you will not be disappointed. Restaurants and grocery stores are within minutes of your home. We are close to all Central Florida Attractions and convention locations. Our homes are all located in the quiet communities of Davenport and offers a special touch of privacy and the feel of home away from home.
PETS AREA:
If you are approved and traveling with a pet, you must have a check-in sheet on file with our office prior to your arrival, to insure the safety of your pet and our staff. If a pet is found in the house, you will be asked to vacant and no refund will be given. Please contact our office if you are traveling with a pet so we can complete this process at 1-800-505-1359. Pet fees are Non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AREA:
A non-refundable reservation deposit of $100.00 is taken at the time of booking. Once received, your reservation will be considered reserved (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received. Deposit is due at the time of booking which will be applied to final balance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment of the balance is due 60 days prior to the check-in date.
Your code to get into the Key Box will be given to you once your home is booked

Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. Late check-out and early check-in MAY BE available according to our availability and is an additional charge of $80 + tax.

The vacation villas of Sunsplash Vacation Homes are conveniently located in Central Florida, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando, 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to other area attractions as well. A one hour drive to either the east or west will bring you to the glorious beaches along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.

Standard features include air-conditioning and a double garage. For added convenience, your home comes equipped with a washer and dryer. Your fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, ice maker, stove and oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. Our homes are provided with linen, towels and cutlery.
