Less than 2 miles and only 5 minutes to Disney, you save at least 40 minutes of driving per day compared to those 'close' locations that have you battle traffic for 45-75 minutes each way! Located in the new and most upscale location, the Emerald Island Resort, just 3 traffic signals from Disney off of Hwy 192 in Kissimmee. Concierge & shuttle service, so you are never 'on your own' unless you want to be!
This new two-level villa with TWO master bedrooms gives more privacy for one large family or groups with more than one set of adults. Borders a protected wooded preserve instead of the common back-to-back arrangement.
Description
Beautifully furnished. The first master bedroom is downstairs, the second master and the others are located upstairs. A stunning split staircase leads the way! Two bedrooms have double twin beds for the kids and are Disney-themed. The other two bedrooms feature queen-sized bedding.
The heated and screened private pool has the coveted southern exposure and borders on a forest preserve. One of the few villas with a (removable) safety barrier between the lounge area and pool..a MUST if you have young children in your group!
Guests are welcome to use the resorts clubhouse with a games room, free internet-connected pcs, fitness room, sauna, community pool, volleyball court and playground. The villa features (5) cable tvs, (3) vcrs, DVD, Disney videos, stereo, PlayStation 2 with games, and toys for the children.
24hr/day care is provided by a local management company. The house is fully furnished and normal cleaning of the home after your departure is included in the weekly rate.
