vacation spa pool home, tucked away in the exclusive and highly
sought after Windsor Hills Resort. New Mercies is less than 2.5 miles
from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida, and with 3 bedrooms and
3 bathrooms, this spacious property is perfect for family
groups, sleeping up to 8 guests.
Add the Windsor Hills facilities to everything this fantastic
townhouse offers - and you have the makings of the best vacation
ever! The private, gated resort of Windsor Hills has a fabulous
7,500 square foot clubhouse, with a sparkling Olympic sized community
pool, 20 foot spiral tubular slide, kiddie pool, spa pool, hot tub,
intermittent fountain, 58 seat professional cinema theatre, fitness
center, billiard room, sundry convenience store and lots more
besides! It's minutes from Disney, and is in easy distance of nearby
shops and restaurants.
New Mercies Town-house has a roomy family room to relax in during the
day or evening, with sumptuous contemporary-style sofas, a cable TV,
DVD and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or
listen to music.
Want to have some private-time in the pool?...our sparkling heated
splash pool and combination spa has privacy walls to the side. Or
choose to sit and relax in the warm Florida sun on the deck as you
look out to the conservation area behind. The pool area is provided
with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young
infants should you need it.
Sleeping accommodation at New Mercies has two separate master
bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
Our phone in the kitchen is linked to the Freecall system and allows local, long distance and international calls free of charge.
Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the property.
Rental Rates are exclusive of 13% Florida Taxes
Pool heat is an additional $105 per week
A cleaning fee of $80 is charged for stays of less than 7 days
A 20% deposit is required to secure this property with the balance due 60 days before arrival. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
A refundable $250 security deposit is also required upon final payment. This security deposit is returned to you 15 days following your departure so long as no damages or excessive cleaning charges are incurred.
In the event that you cancel your reservations 60 days prior to check-in you will receive all
monies minus (-) $100 for administration fees.

Arrival time is 4 pm, with departure by 10 am on your last day. Please note that we request no smoking in our townhouse, and that we cannot accommodate pets.
