The house is located in a small fisherman settlement on the island of St.Klement, Pakleni Islands.

The house is equiped with solar instalation for electricity and hot water. Four bedrooms (10 beds), two bathrooms, completely equiped kitchen (gas stove and gas refrigerator), dinning room and a big terrace.

The distance from ther seashore is 80 m. The sea is clear and blue. Very quiet and paceful.

ACI Marina and the settelement Palmižana is 30 minutes walk. In Palmižana there is a supermarket and a boat line to town Hvar on island Hvar.
