Villa La Niña - Description of the Property

The villa is situated between the centre of Marbella (about 5km) and the port of José Bañus (about 1.5 km). The sea front is 500 m away. From its situation on a small hillside there is a view of the sea. The area is very quiet. The road leading to the villa serves only the neighbouring villas and traffic is minimal. The nearest shops are about 1.5 km away and include a supermarket, department stores, boutiques and petrol service station.

The garden covers 2400 m². It is maintained all year round and is totally enclosed by a hedge. There is parking space for three cars within the property.
The garden and pool are for the exclusive use of the tenants of the villa.

Inside there is a living room with fireplace, four bedrooms (3 with twin beds and one with a double bed) each with built-in cupboard, a bathroom with toilet and two shower rooms with toilet.
