Situated in the Gard at the foot hills of the Cevennes, this magnificent and unique 1830 Mas sleeps up to 13 with terraces and gardens full of majestic trees. There are breathtaking views from every window. The 1400sq ft, completely private swimming lake is spring-fed and a constant temperature. Taste the crystalline High Cevennes mountain waters from the spring which is on tap throughout the villa.

Rental Rate: $3900 for the first week. $3600 for each additional week.
Security deposit: 50% of rental rate. Remainder balance due 1 month before arrival.
Damage deposit: $600 USD for 1-week stay, $900 USD for 2-week stay.
End Cleaning (to be paid to housekeeper on site): 300 EURO
Mid-stay partial cleaning (for 2-week stay): 150 EURO

Provençal chef is on site - available upon request for shopping and cooking. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner booking possible. Daily maid service available upon request.
