ZAMBAK Villas are twin-duplex. The Villas have been furnished and equipped. The set of 2 villas are all privately owned. ZAMBAK Villas have sea and land views.

The location is 10 minutes from the lovely fishing village of Çiflikköy (4 km) and 20 minutes away by car from Çeşme (8 km). Çiftlikköy is a very friendly town with its authentic fishing village atmosphere. It has fish restaurants and small shops whereas Çeşme has restaurants, marina, shops, clubs, cafes and bars.

From the entrance of the villa there is a large front terrace furnished with a table and chairs overlooking the gardens. On the ground floor you will find the lounge and fully equipped dining kitchen. There is a cooker and refrigerator. The cupboards, cups and cutlery are supplied for your needs.

The kitchen overlooks the furnished lounge area. Here you will find a large sofa bed (sleep 1), another sofa and chairs. There is a TV with several channels. Stereo may also be available according to the type of villa.

Also on this floor there is a shower room having tiled floor with hand basin and WC basin.

The master and other bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom is a large room with a king-size bed. There is also an iron and laundry holder.

On this floor, there is a bathroom with bath, WC basin and hand basin with tiling. A washing machine has also been installed.

There is one balcony in the property on the second floor with open views.

The windy climate eliminates the need for air-conditioning.
