The property has a long history , dating back to the 1890's , as a banana, coconut and vanilla plantation "“ thus its name BACOVA.

The establishment comprises of two villas. Villa "˜ Oceane ' and Villa ' Hugo ' is an example of traditional Seychellois Architecture . The villa has 2 floors.
