A unique spot on the earth, Nectar Cottage lies in the only village inside a South African National Park: Nature's Valley on the Garden Route, which is surrounded on all sides by nature - a 100 paces from the pristine beach, a beautiful river lagoon, and the Tsitsikamma forest.

Nectar Cottage is a spacious house with large garden for self-catering accommodation. The house sleeps 8 persons (10 with the sofa beds) and is fully equipped, including free WiFi, dishwasher, full laundry, books, music, games (including badminton for on the lawn), and lots more. In summer enjoy the large Braai/BBQ area and in winter the warm open fireplace. Cleaning service and pre-arrival shopping service available on request.

Nectar Cottage is about 75 metres (a 1-minute walk) from one of South Africa's most pristine and beautiful beaches. The house is also surrounded by the Tsistikamma Forest which ends in a river and lagoon. For those who love nature, this is truely paradise on earth. Lots of walking routes, caves, cliffs, forest, river and lagoon, Nature's Valley has it all! For great meals and international company Nature's Valley has its own restaurant, shop and beer garden where hikers meet that come from around the world to hike South Africa's most famous route, the Otter Trail which ends in Nature's Valley.

Arrival

On arrival Nectar's manageress will meet you and show you the house. Expect to find all those little extras: washing up liquid, toilet paper, dish towels and soap, as well as lovely linen and bath towels. Hairdryer, full-length mirror, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee, etc), and a full laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron and board).

To make you feel extra special we welcome you with a carrot cake from the local baker.
