The apartment on ground floor level is tastefully and luxuriously furnished and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 separate bed-living room, a complete and modern kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedroom and lounge lead onto a big private terrace of about 30qm and the apartment has its own parking space.
The high quality U-PVC windows and doors block out Cape Town's famous South Easter wind. Trellidoors secure the apartment and allow you to relax!
The bedroom 1 has a beautiful king size bed with separate mattresses and cool bed linen for high standards. The glamorous crystal chandelier brings a romantic atmosphere in this stunning bedroom! A large built-in cupboard provides lots of storage space for all your personal clothing and possessions. Your valuable documents are stored secure in the little safe.
The bathroom has a spacious shower enclosed in a glass cabin, a basin with lots of storage space underneath and a big mirror. The taps are all modern mixers for the immediate right water temperature. Soft towels are supplied.
