Vacation Home Anzio

The villa is located very quiet in the countryside, surrounded by shady pines and 'maquis' in an exclusive gated and secured residential area with access to a private beach. in Lavinio, a district of Anzio, on the coast about 40 km south of Rome. The beautiful and well maintained private beach ideal for children through the shallow entry into the sea, where from June to September a parasol and deck chairs (with a value of € 150, - per week) is a few minutes walk away. Here you will find games for all ages, such as beach tennis, beach volleyball, beach football and children's games. The mile-long sandy beach offers as long-run jogging or a romantic walk at sunset. The streets are quiet and to be used only by the residents.

The spacious villa (130 sqm) has 2 floors: on the ground floor is a spacious living-dining area, a simple kitchen, a guest toilet and a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. In the 2-th floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one is a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a balcony with partial sea views. Of approximately 800 square meters. large garden with old trees has. a sunny south-facing part of the house before, and a shaded dining area behind the house. At the private beach (about 150 meters from the house) there are a parasol and 2 deckchairs reserved for you and included in the price.

The unique coastal location and the typical Italian ambiance gives this house a high value of rest and relaxation in the middle of a fascinating landscape.
A supermarket, pizzeria, tennis courts and swimming pool are within walking distance (about 300 m. away from the house). On the beach there is a bar serving snacks and drinks, as well as other beach restaurants. More shops, stores, restaurants and cafes are located in the center of Lavinio, about 1 km. from the complex. More beach restaurants can be reached on a walk on the beach in a few minutes. The train to Rome drives every hour and the train station is about 4 km away
