Luxurious and stunning 4 bed 2 bath home with south facing pool and games room which is situated on the prestigious and sought after community of Westridge only 12 mins from Disney. We bought our villa primarily as somewhere to enjoy family holidays with our children, and as soon as you arrive you will begin to appreciate the many features and extras that make it a real home from home. Earlier this year we adapted the garage for use as a games area.
The open plan living area with its high ceiling gives our home a light and airy feeling. It is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Our home can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 in comfort. If you choose to dine out there is a good selection of resturants and fast food outlets only moments away, alternatively we have a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities you would expect from a real home. The villa has a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board which means that you can take less clothes with you, leaving more space in your luggage for all your purchases.
The master suite is furnished with a queen size bed, bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers with vanity mirror. The bedroom is equipped with ceiling fan, tv and cordless telephone and there is a large walk in wardrobe. Leading off the master bedroom is the en-suite shower room, with large walk in shower big enough for two, illuminated vanity mirror, toilet and hand basin. A door from the en-suite affords easy access to the pool deck area.
The second bedroom has a double bed, cabinets and fitted wardrobe and TV The third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds, cabinet and fitted wardrobe. These have been decorated with children in mind. One has a dolphin theme and the other a nautical theme. We have a large family bathroom with illuminated vanity mirror, hand basin, toilet and bath with shower

One of the main features of the villa is the great South facing pool with oversized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with luxurious deep padded chairs and loungers, plus a table. We have a covered poolside lanai area for al-fresco dining.
Westridge is a friendly community, which is conveniently situated for easy access to the major attractions via either the 192 or Interstate 4. Our guests are entitled to make use of the community facilities which include tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts, soccer pitch, open air swimming pool, childrens play area and equipment, barbecue and picnic area and a general recreation area.
