This high quality security complex incorporates 174 serviced spacious studio, one bedroom, one bedroom + study, two bedroom as well as 3 bedroom furnished apartments. These are suitable for short and extended stays.
Furnished and serviced self-contained hotel apartment accommodation:
* Fully furnished and equipped apartments with weekly service (daily service is optional) including linen and towel change.
* This accommodation is available for a minimum 2 days - 8 week stay.
* The weekly rate includes electricity, hot water and Sky TV
* Telephone connection (free local calls) and high speed internet service are charged at $NZ30 per week
Extended stay furnished self-contained luxurious apartment rental: (Available as from Mid January 2009)
* Fully furnished and equipped apartments can be let based on a minimum stay of 8 weeks.
* Additional electricity, telephone, cleaning, linen supply, high-speed Internet and electricity connection fees apply.
