* This accommodation is available for a minimum 3 days - 8 week stay.
* The weekly rate includes electricity, hot water and Sky TV
* Telephone connection (free local calls) and high speed internet service are charged at $NZ30 per week
Extended stay furnished self-contained budget apartment rental:
* Our fully furnished and equipped apartments can be let based on a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
* Additional telephone, cleaning, linen supply, high-speed Internet and electricity connection fees apply.
