Abemus in San Pietro B&B is very close to the Vatican , in a quiet and silent road where there used to be a cave for clay quarrying, which supplied the bricks needed to build St. Peter's church and the Vatican City. It's just 300 metres away from St.Peter's colonnade and the Vatican Museum, and its placing in the very old Roman centre helps for a quick and easy move around the city, so with a pleasant walk you can smoothly reach for Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, il Colosseo.
In the immediate surroundings you will also find banks, cinemas, theatres and shopping lanes such as via Cola di Rienzo and via Ottaviano.
The quarter is located in a big green belt inside the city which comprises the hill of Gianicolo , where you can enjoy Rome's most suggestive view and Villa Pamphili's park , the biggest in town. Abemus in San Pietro B&B is a completely renovated flat with wide and comfortable rooms, simply and carefully furnished, designed to give our guests the relaxed feel of an homely atmosphere, and to help them experience a peaceful and unforgettable holiday. Our rooms are big and comfortable, the furnishing is modern and very functional. Every room is provided with fridge-bar, television, private bath with shower.
The breakfast
In a large kitchen a plentiful breakfast is served with milk, coffee, tea, barley, fruit juices, yogurt, croissants, bread and butter, jam, chocolate and honey.
On the terrace by candlelight
When the weather is fine it is possible to benefit of a private space on the terrace with a direct access from the room, where the guests can treat themselves to a pleasant relax. Rooms and baths daily cleaning Changing of the towels every three days Changing of the sheet once a week.
Rates include the room, breakfast, towels and bed sheets. They can vary in accordance with the season (high and low), with the periods (Easter, Christmas, New year's day, Epiphany or long weekends). Children up to three years old are free of charge.
The cost of the whole stay is due to be paid cash at the arrival, credit cards or bancomat are not accepted .


The CHECK-IN is after h 14:00 with the delivery of the room's keys, to ensure maximum freedom.
The CHECK-OUT has to be done within h 10:00 of departure's day.

Arrival

By plane , from the Leonardo da Vinci Airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station then the 64 bus.
By train , from Termini Station just take the 64 bus.

By car from the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) take via Aurelia, exit n.1 then follow the road markings to the center of the city - Vatican City - St.Peter.
