Our B&B is a popular and authentic Venetian house buil up in the XV° century, restored with all comforts in 2012.
It is located in the Castello district, Giardini - Arsenale area, easy to reach by nearby vaporetto stops.
Far from the usual tourist routes ... to make you for a few days ... not simple guests but an authentic Venetian guy ...
Located few steps from the Biennale, in a perfect position to easily reach the areas of greatest interest: San Marco, Rialto, or Lido Island, the place of the Venice International Film Festival.
Excellent services nearby: supermarket, stores, bars and restaurants, banks, post office or pharmacies that meet comfortably all kinds of needs.
Our structures are entirely non-smoking.
Available double rooms, double rooms for triple use with private or shared bathroom (with another one room only).
In some rooms you can have a small private kitchen or a common one.
For those who prefer a more independent solution there are also available one-bedroom apartment (up to 3 people) and two bedrooms one (up to 5 people).
